Dreamtime Event Productions have over 25 years’ experience in venue management, including, in collaboration with our clients, performing site visits and selecting the appropriate venue to meet the needs of the event.
During site evaluation, we ensure all accessibility and mobility requirements are considered and met.
We work closely with venues throughout our clients’ events to ensure a seamless and exceptional event experience for our clients, including being the primary contact and liaison for the venue staff, and also looking after venue invoices and payment schedules when required.
We also ensure that all access to the venue is provided when required for bump-in setup and rehearsals.
We work closely with venues to ensure arrangements for accessibility, broadcast, media, photography, etc., are provided for, including any special licences, permits, or equipment that may be required are correctly sourced, and that all access to identified areas is provided.
